How It Works
Meditrans™ state-of-the-art technology enables you to offer a digital, Web-based and secure system to your clients. Here is how it works:
- Your customers choose their preferred method of dictation – digital recorder or personal computer.
- They upload the dictation through website for you to transcribe. Our application automatically encrypts and uploads it to secure FTP system.
- You can download the files through web from your designated folder. The files will be automatically decrypted.
- After processing you can upload the files for your clients to download from web at their convenience.
- Billing is auto generated depending on the rates specified by the administrator.
- Management reports are generated for monitoring.
